NEWS UPDATE:

 ● On April 13 2026, David Cutler will be giving a talk on Beniamino Gigli to the Recorded Vocal Arts Society in London. It lasts from 7pm - 9pm and takes place at Conway Hall, 25 Red Lion Square, London WC1R 4RL.

RECORDING NEWS: 

● The fourth volume of RARITIES is about to be released which includes the cherry duet from L’Amico Fritz – this is live from 1951. Gigli’s daughter, Rina, sings Suzel. There is also a glorious “E lucevan le stelle” live from Copenhagen’s Forum Theatre in May 1933, with Umberto Berettoni as accompanist. All the RARITIES cds can be obtained from Franco Schrooh.
